Genesis Accel Innovation Summit 2026 is a curated gathering for leaders navigating AI, complexity and human performance, and exploring how humans and AI evolve together— where here technology, leadership, and mental resilience meet.
Designed for Leaders Shaping What’s Next
This summit is for those organizations leading through rapid change, from executives at medium and large companies to founders and innovators building what’s next.
With a strong focus on networking, you’ll connect with leaders across technology, strategy, and innovation, grappling with the same questions around AI, culture, and resilience.
At the Genesis Accel Innovation Summit, we will explore how technology can augment human capabilities—specifically how judgment, creativity, and experience guide its application. The discussion will connect AI with leadership needs, the resilience required to build a business, and the opportunities and risks associated with scaling, including across the Italy–U.S. corridor.
Learn from leaders whose experience spans entrepreneurship, AI, business operations, and risk management.
Discover where AI can create value, where human judgment remains irreplaceable, and what it takes to grow responsibly.
Gain insights into building businesses, investing, forming partnerships, and operating across both markets.
Connect with founders, executives, and technology leaders through discussions and networking.
